Pilot participation terms · July 29, 2026

Clear scope before the mission starts.

These working terms support product testing. Buyer agreements, participant terms, and jurisdiction-specific notices require legal review before paid production use.

Using Field Hours

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service only for lawful research. Access may be suspended when necessary to protect participants, buyers, evidence, or the service.

Professional participation

Every mission states its eligibility criteria, expected effort, compensation, capture method, buyer disclosure, evidence use, and consent requirements before acceptance. Professionals remain free to decline an invitation and may withdraw before submission subject to the mission terms. If a professional separately allows reviewed evidence to be released to a buyer, they may later withdraw future buyer access. Withdrawal cannot recall a file the buyer already downloaded.

Information you must not submit

Do not submit patient-identifiable information, platform passwords, confidential employer or client material, material nonpublic information, or any content you lack permission to share. Healthcare pilot missions use synthetic cases unless the written study protocol expressly states otherwise.

Research integrity

Participants must complete missions personally, preserve the sequence of the observed journey, identify material omissions, and avoid fabricating prompts, responses, sources, recordings, or narration. Field Hours may reject or return incomplete or unverifiable submissions.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers may use delivered research only for the purposes and retention period in their agreement. They may not attempt to re-identify participants, contact participants outside Field Hours, or redistribute raw evidence without authorization.
