Research evidence deserves deliberate handling.

Information we collect

We collect account details, professional profile and credential information, buyer organization details, research responses, consent records, notification preferences, and operational records needed to run a study. A mission may also include a screen recording, conversation paste, authorized share link, screenshot, narration, or interview recording.

How we use it

We use this information to verify eligibility, match professionals to missions, conduct and quality-review research, deliver approved findings, pay participants, prevent misuse, and operate the service. We do not sell professional contact details or use submitted evidence to train public models.

Sensitive information

Pilot missions prohibit patient-identifiable information, confidential employer or client data, account credentials, financial account data, and other material that the participant is not authorized to share. Suspected sensitive content is quarantined for review and is not released to a buyer.

Buyer access

Buyers receive study-specific participant labels and only the evidence approved for their study. Raw uploads remain private during review. Identity or unredacted evidence is disclosed only when the mission terms and participant consent explicitly allow it.

Retention and deletion

Each study specifies its retention period. Raw evidence receives a deletion deadline no later than 90 days from creation of its submission record, and a study may require a shorter period. Reviewed derivatives may be retained for up to 12 months unless the agreement specifies less. We will not accept paid production evidence until scheduled deletion and monitoring are operational. Time-bounded legal holds and fraud investigations may require limited exceptions.
